LongHouse Offers Scholarships

"To recognize creative ambition in all forms," the LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton is offering up two $5,000 college scholarships to high school seniors who will be pursuing environmental studies, science, horticultural design, or the literary, visual, or performing arts.

The deadline to apply is tomorrow. All Suffolk County high school seniors are eligible. Applications must include a two-page, double-spaced letter of interest stating "how LongHouse and/or Jack Lenor Larsen's work or philosophy has inspired you," plus two letters of recommendation and a high school transcript.
