Stuffed With Turkey? Walk It Off

Wed, 11/24/2021 - 12:31

Those who overindulged on Thanksgiving dinner and dessert can "walk it off" with a moderately paced hike on Friday at 10 a.m. through the Long Pond Greenbelt, a post-Thanksgiving tradition from the Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt and the South Fork Natural History Museum.

The Friends' Dai Dayton will lead the hike, which will begin at SoFo. It promises beautiful views of the natural environment in all its autumn glory. Advance sign-up is required and can be done by calling 631-537-9735 or emailing [email protected].
