Naturopathica Spa and Healing Center in East Hampton is partnering with Vie, an online meditation platform, to offer guided meditation services as an enhancement to a facial or massage. Clients can choose between two 15-minute recordings — one to improve sleep, the other to reduce anxiety — that can be downloaded to a smartphone for future use. The cost is $60. A 60-minute bespoke guided meditation, developed via a questionnaire and a one-on-one consultation, costs $375.
