East Hampton High Names Valedictorian, Salutatorian

Samantha Prince has been named the East Hampton High School class of 2020 valedictorian, and Wells Woolcott has been named the class salutatorian.

After receiving an early admissions decision, Samantha, who has taken 17 Advanced Placement and honors courses at East Hampton, will be a pre-med student at Yale University next year.

Wells, who has taken 15 A.P. and honors courses, is planning to study architecture and is still awaiting his college acceptance letters. Samantha has excelled in music and dance and is the president of the honor society and student government association. She and Wells are co-presidents of the senior class. Wells is a nationally recognized choral singer who has also acted in school theatrical productions.
