The Amagansett Library and East Hampton Library have programs coming up for kids curious about wildlife.

First up, the Quogue Wildlife Refuge will be at the Amagansett Library on Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m. to talk about creatures of the night. Children will have the chance to see live, nocturnal species up close as they learn about habitats, camouflage, diets, and more. Advance sign-up is required by phone at 631-267-3810 or by email to [email protected].

On Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m., the South Fork Natural History Museum will take live reptiles and amphibians to the East Hampton Library for kids to meet, observe, and study.
