Almost everything at Villa is made in-house, from the pasta down to the sauce. They sell fresh mozzarella, sausage, and every hero and focaccia sandwich is made to order. There are unusual salads, various sausages, and prepared dishes like stuffed shells, chicken marsala, and eggplant Parmesan, which can be eaten right away or stocked in the freezer for a later date. Though it's now an East Hampton institution, when the Villa first came to town, under Saverio Naclerio, those who loved Italian specialties couldn't believe their good luck. Catering is available, and there is a hidden patio with tables out back.
