Nick and Toni's, which opened in 1988, has become almost as celebrated as the celebrities who frequent it. Aware that reservations can be very hard to get (they are accepted 10 days in advance), Nick and Toni's has added four high-top bar tables for walk-ins. The menu changes seasonally, making use of its own garden produce and dairy from local farms. Wood-roasted whole fish is among the popular staples and tartufo is a classic dessert. As for libations, there are 15 wines by the glass and over 50 bottles for $50 or less, although it has rare finds for aficionados. Cocktails use fresh-squeezed juices, infused liquors, and ice orbs, and don't forget the grappa.
