The cold temperatures didn't stop revelers from having fun at the Montauk Friends of Erin 53rd annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday. Just shy of 20,000 people turned out for the parade, according to East Hampton Town Police Chief Michael Sarlo. Armed with the traditional top hat and shillelagh, Terry Watson led the way as the grand marshal, ahead of more than 60 groups of marching bands, humorous floats, boy scouts and girl scouts, and fire departments.
