There are few better places for a summer experience in Sag Harbor than on Long Wharf. You can sit on the B. Smith deck with, say, a daiquiri, and enjoy the boats or the sunset. Inside, the dining room is pretty and the feeling is of light and space. Southern-style cooking makes this different from other restaurants in the Hamptons. You will probably find collards and okra and you can order cornbread chicken pie, Kentucky burgoo, or veal and grits, among many other choices.
