Arrests Raise Questions
It is hard to avoid drawing comparisons among the recent arrests of three East Hampton Town employees. Though the charges are different, the timing — and the fact that each arrest involved an official with considerable authority  warrants extra attention.

MTA: Thanks for Nothing
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority hopes to eliminate train service to the North Fork, except on summer weekends, beginning this fall.

Potholes, Consequences
After being absent for a couple of mild winters, potholes and rough patches have shown up along Montauk Highway between Southampton and East Hampton Village, and, boy, are they bad.
