    With his blond hair, sunburned cheeks, and casual clothes, Jeff Esposito looks like any other surfer dude on the East End. But since he sold Espo’s Surf Shop, which was in a cavernous barn-like space on Main Street in East Hampton, to an investment firm, the surfer dude is becoming somewhat of a real estate tycoon in Montauk.
