Fall Athletic Award Winners

(11/24/2009)    The following East Hampton High School athletes received fall awards recently (with girls volleyball yet to come):

    John Nolan (most valuable player), Ian Lynch and James McMullen (most-improved), and Cameron Yusko (coach’s award) in golf.

    Ernesto Valverde (m.v.p.), Anthony Daunt (most-improved), and Ben McCarron (coach’s award) in boys soccer.

    Austin Heneveld (m.v.p.), Jake Beyer (most-improved), and Chris Gamble (coach’s award) in football.

    Molly Nolan (m.v.p.), and Emma Shilowich and Joneen Murphy (coach’s award) in girls tennis.

    Skye Marigold (m.v.p.), Kacey Mallinson (most-improved), and Marina Preiss (coach’s award) in girls swimming.

    Tyler Brenneman (m.v.p.), Connor Waleko (most-improved), and Vaughn Jackson (coach’s award) in boys volleyball.

    Curran Brierley (m.v.p.), Allysa Eurell (most-intense), and Lauren Fitzgerald (coach’s award) in field hockey.

    Mary Makrianes (m.v.p.), Raphaelle Franey (most-improved), and Saoirse McKeon (coach’s award) in girls soccer.

    Ashley West (m.v.p.), Stephanie Jamet (most-improved), and Mary Goldman (coach’s award) in girls cross-country.
