The annual Kendall Madison Foundation benefit happens Friday at 7 p.m. at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett. The foundation was formed in 2000 to provide assistance to those in need and enhance the student-athlete experience. Its contributions have included the Kendall Madison Fitness Center at East Hampton High School.

The Kendall Madison Scholarship Fund was established in 1995 in memory of a model student-athlete, well loved here and at the University of Connecticut, who died at the age of 21. The scholarship rewards male and female student-athletes who are role models in sports, service, and academics. Admission is $25.
