Five, Not Four Deer Is The New Limit
In an effort to slow the growth of deer populations on the East End, hunting laws will be liberalized during the upcoming gunning season in January. Hunters will be allowed a maximum of five, rather than four deer. And those who hunt on town lands will be chosen by daily lottery.
