East End Eats: Zizzi Balooba Zizzi Balooba! Well, you have to give them high marks in the attention-getting-name department. This new restaurant, which has one of the most eclectic menus around, is on Montauk Highway in East Hampton, almost opposite the Red Horse plaza.
