Word of mouth was all it took to fill the Stephen Talkhouse nightclub to capacity with Parrotheads on Thanksgiving Eve. Known as much for their devotion to good causes and blender drinks as they are to Jimmy Buffett, hundreds of certified and wannabe Parrotheads crammed into the Talkhouse for an impromptu concert that raised more than $7,000 for the Child Development Center of the Hamptons, the only school for disabled children in the area.
