House On The Bluff Okayed
In the hope of getting a house and nearly quarter-mile-long driveway approved by the East Hampton Zoning Board of Appeals, a year of preparation paid off Tuesday night for Bruce Ratner, a Brooklyn developer who plans to build a 3,868-square-foot residence in the Montauk moorlands.

'Last' Big Tract Is Set For Subdivision
An 84-acre tract in Northwest, the "last large subdividable tract" in that part of town, according to the East Hampton Town Planning Department, is slated for subdivision.
