East End Eats: Jenny's Jenny's, a new restaurant on the highway next to the Community House in Water Mill, is in a pleasant house which gives little hint from the outside of the charm of the interior. There is an attractive bar, exposed beams, an old cast iron stove, which serves as a reception desk, and, although the place was packed on Sunday evening, the noise level was not uncomfortable.
