This hot Japanese restaurant on Sag Harbor’s Main Street can have a line stretching out the door in the summer season. You often can find a seat at the wraparound sushi bar or the cozy lounge area in the rear, though. In addition to sushi and sashimi, of course, there are a number of salads, such as wakame and burdock, generous bowls of soup, and ramen noodles with pork belly, shitake mushrooms, spinach and nori. From the kitchen, too, come varieties of tempura, miso Scottish salmon, chicken and steak teriyaki, and Long Island duck with Japanese condiments. A wide selection of sakes ices the cake.
