Sen

This hot Japanese restaurant on Sag Harbor's Main Street can have a line stretching out the door in the summer season. You can often find a seat at the wraparound sushi bar, though. In addition to sushi and sashimi, of course, there are a number of salads, such as wakame, burdock, tuna tataki, generous bowls of soup, including ebi tempura soba and ramen noodle with chicken and shrimp. From the kitchen, too, are miso cod, usuzukri, filet mignon, and tuna steak. A wide selection of sakes and a cozy lounge area in the rear ices the cake.
