Livia Hegner, who recently moved to Sag Harbor, plans to offer European-inspired recipes from her lifetime of travel and family with a modern twist and Marianne Farrell as chef. Talk about upscale, the takeout shop, to open in June, has taken over the space of the Ice Cream Club and Vincenzo's Pizza.
