Matthew Guiffrida's venture away from the tiny, eclectic Muse in Water Mill takes over a boxy space on Sag Harbor's main drag. There is lots of seafood in inventive preparations, a pulled-pork beignet, and Long Island duck. It has a fun menu, with some misses, according to The Star's reviewer, but well worth a visit.
