Eric Miller, owner of Food & Co. and Hampton Clambake, has opened the Millers’ Real BBQ takeout shop at the Food & Co. building on Montauk Highway in East Hampton. The new barbecue menu has smoked, barbecued, and hickory-roasted pork, brisket, chicken, and duck, along with sandwiches, quesadillas, and side dishes. It opened in April and will be serving from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday for the time being. Catering for a minimum of 10 people is available.
