The Harvest has a lovely spot on Fort Pond with a sunset view and some outdoor tables in summer. It has its own herb and vegetable garden, which helps guarantee tastiness. Although known for family-size portions, which are priced accordingly, the Harvest now also serves half portions on some entrees. Seafood and innovative salads are on the menu, and crusty bread is served with olive oil and cheese. Ask the barkeep about the extensive wine selection - if you can find a seat. The Harvest is sister restaurant of East by Northeast in Montauk and a few others farther afield.
