The Blue Parrot took the winter off but is in gear for the season. Down an alleyway in the East Hampton Village business district, it has some patio seating and a popular bar. There are nightly drink specials, and some drinks, like its signature Dirty Bird margarita, are served in a Mason jar. Try a Cobb salad with jicama and lobster instead of ham. Prices for appetizers are $6 to $12. Burritos, tacos, enchilladas, and quesadillas are $12 to $20, with some higher priced entrees. It's noisy but families and kids have fun.
