Jennifer Meadows, the chef at the Fishbar on East Lake Drive, is opening a second restaurant in Montauk. It promises outdoor seating and live music. In fact, it sponsored some of the acts in the May 18 and 19 Montauk Music Festival. Fish tacos, paninis, burritos, and ceviche are the fare.
